Terms and Conditions for Buckland Estate
Reservation and Payment
1.1. Reservations can be made through our website, by email or by phone. All reservations are subject to availability.
1.2. To confirm a reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.3. Payment can be made by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
1.4. All prices quoted are in USD and include all applicable taxes.
Cancellation Policy
2.1. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
More than 7 days prior to the arrival date: No cancellation charge.
7 days or less prior to the arrival date: Full payment is non-refundable.
2.2. If you fail to arrive on the confirmed arrival date, your reservation will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
Check-In and Check-Out
3.1. Check-in time is from 3:00 pm onwards on the day of arrival. Check-out time is before 11:00 am on the day of departure.
3.2. Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability and may be charged an additional fee.
Occupancy
4.1. The maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults.
4.2. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted in the hotel rooms without prior permission from Buckland Estate.
Damage and Liability
5.1. You are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel room or its contents during your stay.
5.2. Buckland Estate will not be liable for any loss or damage to your personal property during your stay.
Smoking and Pets
6.1. Smoking is not permitted in any of the hotel rooms or common areas.
6.2. Pets are not permitted in the hotel rooms or common areas.
General
7.1. Buckland Estate reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any person(s) without giving a reason.
7.2. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
7.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia.
